Meet our team

Story

Starting my own company in the IT industry was a very difficult decision. It is often heard that start-ups are great or let's build a startup. But people who find running a startup simple and easy are either ignorant or foolish. I was working with an international IT company with a handsome salary package. Despite that, having $1000 savings, I took the risk and opened Milo in 2010.

That was the beginning of Milo Solutions, the beginning of a beautiful story. We've had many ups and downs in the span of the last 10 years, but we're growing all the time. I sincerely believe that, as a company, we have no constraints, and if we work hard, we can become one of the top IT companies. It's all about people, and if Milo is built by wonderful, intelligent, and hard-working people, then we will become the best IT company in the world. For us... the sky is the limit.

I got my MSc degree in Software Engineering while working half-time as a programmer.
I worked in Poland and the US and really enjoyed the process, but I got hungry for more.
In 2010 I founded MILO to be the best IT company for product development and consulting and This Is just the beginning.

I always take responsibility for the work I do and the businesses I run.
I never never blame anyone else or look for excuses.
I treat people as capital and the greatest asset that a company can have, NOT a resource. I believe in smart, hardworking and motivated people.

I am modest and humble and don’t like when people pretend to be more than they really are.

I enjoy playing table tennis (not ping pong, grr), swimming and travelling.
I love learning about every aspect of running a business and really enjoy learning languages.

I am hungry.

Description

I am a proud graduate of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at the Lublin University of Technology. Since the very beginning of my professional career, I have worked in the field of electric power engineering, starting from designing nN and SN networks and installations, through working with regulations concerning energetics, to publishing my own works and running training courses. In 2018 I was granted a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering for the dissertation concerning locational marginal pricing of electricity.

In 2014 I started my adventure with Milo Solutions Ltd, taking over the supervision of financial provisions. At first, I optimized the cost structure. Taking care of accounting liquidity, I developed the financial strategy and then introduced the tax policy optimization, which resulted in creating the converted entity of Milo Solutions Ltd L.P.

Description

I am an accountant by profession. It wasn't my core subject at the studies though - I Management and Marketing. Along the way, the study of Tourist Service and the first steps in a professional career at a time when it was difficult to find your place. The beginning of the accountant's experience was in 2001 and the helping hand of a person who liked to give people a chance and faith in the future. Now I am trying to pay back this debt and to transfer my experience and acquired knowledge to others.

Accounting, contrary to appearances, is very energetic and exciting. I really like to train and explore difficult issues. Accounting is also the implementation and continuous work on accounting programs, which can do more and more. I implemented the ComArch CDN Optima program and improved XL. I worked in smaller companies and corporations, and since 2014 I have been serving various types of companies, individuals, and the NGO sector (foundations and associations) myself.

Privately, I am the mother of three growing-up children. I like people, music, and trips together anywhere.

Description

Personal and professional - these are my two defaults.

Professionally, I am very serious about my duties. I am responsible, organized, and meticulous. There are no problems I cannot solve. I am a very polite person, a quality I immensely value in other people. At Milo, as an Executive Assistant, I am responsible for supporting our Board in everyday duties, as well as coordinating and making sure that everything runs smoothly.

When it comes to my personal life, I like spending time immersed in culture. I simply love concerts, theater, cinema, as well as a good book. My greatest weaknesses, however, are travels and beautiful shoes. I am also interested in fashion. I design and make clothes, creating my very own, unique style.
