Introduction & Client's Background
Hubert Anyzewski is a Stanford University School of Business graduate with over 20 years of experience as a CEO and Managing Director.
He is also awarded former international Google expert in product design – recognized with the prestigious Global Finance Award for best digital banking both globally and in the CEE region.
Having made 2 successful exits accomplished, Hubert contacted us to enhance yet another startup idea. As it quickly turned out, it was a very ambitious HRTech concept at that time.
Talent Block is aimed at revolutionizing HR processes globally via combining advanced AI-driven insights with blockchain security.
Hubert initiated this project alongside Namuri Capital – an investment fund focused on smart AI-driven and decentralized digital solutions that accelerate the efficiency of SME markets in the Central-Eastern Europe (CEE) region.
Our collaboration with Hubert began when he reached out to us for technological expertise and project estimation. Additionally, he asked us to set up a new and simplistic website for Namuri Capital Investment Fund.
After initial arrangements and negotiations, we began preparations for this project.

Research & Collaboration
A few years back, the AI market for the HR industry wasn’t as saturated as it is today.
However, despite that situation, our team conducted rigorous market and technical analyses spanning several months.
We began working on Talent Block by thoroughly researching the recruitment and networking industry. This stage included evaluating the viability of leveraging AI for automating candidate assessments and utilizing blockchain for secure data management.
Our team wanted to grasp the best understanding possible of how people manage their professional profiles and find jobs. After all, we needed to establish and analyze all major challenges this sector faced.
That is why we studied recognizable tools, like Chrono.tech or HireMatch.io, as well as lesser-known solutions like Dock.io or APII.io.
Main issues of the HR industry we established at that time included:
- Significant inefficiencies in traditional recruitment processes,
- Difficulty in maintaining up-to-date professional profiles,
- Challenges in verifying professional identities and experiences,
- Ineffective networking and job matching systems.
Design & Development
The design phase of Talent Block focused on integrating AI solutions to generate unique, blockchain-based profiles for talent acquisition.
During this project, we envisioned a system where AI could create and update professional profiles automatically. After all, it is no secret that most HR departments today use AI for vetting and sorting resumes submitted by candidates.
That is why we designed the platform to automatically evaluate CV’s and profiles by aggregating data from LinkedIn, GitHub, and other sources to streamline the recruitment process.

The real unique selling point of our blueprint for Talent Block was the independent data acquisition and verification.
Our design efforts also focused on using blockchain to ensure each person's digital identity was unique and secure.
We made it possible by implementing to the project smart contracts set on a private blockchain. With this feature at hand Talent Block ensured transparent and efficient transactions within the ecosystem.
To top that off, we conceptualized an intelligent networking system based on project history and previous collaborations. Such features not only improved the entire recruitment process but also emphasized creating a real community.
It is worth adding that we also mapped out Talent Block's market potential, including cost estimations – all during our periodic brainstorming sessions.

While this was rather a side assignment to the Talent Block’s conceptualization, it doesn’t change the fact that it required a holistic approach including both frontend and backend.
During the development of Namuri Capital investment fund landing page and domain, we ensured that the entire project aligned perfectly with Hubert’s vision and business needs.
It is worth highlighting that we delivered the website on time, which underlines our reliability, multitasking skills and resource management.
